UNCOVERING INNER PEACE

Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. Cultivating a stable peaceful mind gives us the power to handle any difficult situation. Buddha's teachings on our precious human life will guide us towards developing inner peace that helps us better resolve our problems.While taught in series, every class is self-contained.
